Multifactor Authentication – Internet Banking

This new system will help ensure that your information is secure, helping to protect you from fraud and identity theft. Every time you login to Internet banking the bank identifies you, and it lets you identify the bank using a private image and pass phrase.

When you login you will enter your user id and click submit. An enrollment form will need to be completed. The information below gives a complete overview of the process.

Enrolling for PassMark:

  1. Login by entering your current user id.

  2. Click submit.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Click submit.

  5. Complete the enrollment form.

    • Provide a current email address.

    • Enter a pass phrase for the image.

    • Provide answers for 3 challenge questions.

    • Select whether you’re logging in with your personal computer or
      public computer. Only register personal computers that you
      frequently use and are not available for public use.

  6. Click submit.

Login after enrollment:

  1. Login using your current user id.

  2. Click submit.

  3. Your authentication image and pass phrase are displayed.

  4. If they match your private image and pass phrase, then enter your password. If the authentication image and pass phrase do not match, do not enter your password. Start over, or contact us.

  5. Click submit.

Log in from another computer:

  1. Login using your current user id.

  2. Click submit.

  3. If PassMark doesn’t recognize your computer, choose to have a one time password emailed to you (3A) or answer a security challenge question (3B).

    3A: Open your email to receive the one time password.
    - Type in the one time password.
    - Select personal or public computer.
    - Click submit.
    3B: Correctly answer the challenge question.
    - Select personal or public computer.
    - Click submit.
     

  4. Your authentication image and pass phrase are displayed.

  5. If they match your private image and pass phrase, then enter your password. If the authentication image and pass phrase do not match, do not enter your password. Start over, or contact us.

  6. Click submit

Changing your image, pass phrase or security questions:
Over 10,000 images to choose from. Select one that’s right for you.

  1. Login by entering your user id.

  2. Your authentication image and pass phrase are displayed.

  3. If the authentication image and pass phrase are correct, enter your password.

  4. Click SIGN IN.

  5. Once logged in, Select Options from the main menu.

  6. Select Change Security Data.

  7. Select an image from the library.

  8. Enter a pass phrase for the image.

  9. Click submit.

Multifactor Authentication – BillPay System
The new BillPay login method is very similar to the login for the Internet Banking. You will provide only your User ID at first and then a page with your Security Key will be displayed. If the PC you are using is recognized by the system and you recognize the Security Key you may enter your PIN to continue to access the system.
